120!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my body wasn't finished losing and done lost ANOTHER lb! I'm 120 lbs as of this morning's weigh in. I really don't want to lose any more though. I want to stay RIGHT HERE! Ranging between 120 and 125. That would be best. I have a lot of muscle so, I look even thinner than I am. I could probably pass for 110 lbs as thin as I look. Never saw that coming!

Neck - 12

Chest - 34

Upper Arm - 9 1/2 unflexed 10 1/2 flexed

Waist - 24

Hips - 32

Thigh - 19



Body Fat 15%



I love maintenance. I love my healthy lifestyle. Notice I didn't say "new" healthy lifestyle. It's no longer new. It's pretty old actually. October 10 of this year will be 2 years since I changed my life. What a great life it has become.



I am so blessed. Thank you Lord.

it's been a while

still doing well. Maintaining 121 lbs! :) It's been almost 4 months in maintenance. What a great feeling. Sure I enjoy treats and things every once in a while. Do I live on these foods? NO. I am on vacation right now and am doing ok. Not sticking to my eating 100%. Eating all my fruits and veggies and whole grain, but I have been eating a small piece of cake a day and also enjoyed veggie pizza yesterday and not so veggie pizza tonight. What are you going to do, it's done. Tomorrow is a new day and I am going swimming! :)
