Wow...
It's been over a month since I've posted. Well I've walked 1/2 marathons 3 times in the past month and have maintained a weight between 122 and 124. Mainly I gain a pound or two because of humidity. But I'm still keeping on. Wasn't too diligent with the cardio this week, well except for walking, jumping jacks and push-ups. I also did weight training 2 times this week instead of my usual 3. Was in a bit of a funk this week. I think it's mainly because I am turning 35 tomorrow. For some reason it's getting to me a little. Oh well. Age is truly just a number. At 35 I am in the best shape ever. I'm healthy. Thank you Jesus!
