Sodium + Fiber without enough water =

Excess bloating and constipation.... :(

For 35 - 50 grams of fiber a day and 2500 MG (or less) of sodium a day, I need to be doubling my water in take. I've gained some water weight. I know it's only temporary, so I will not fret, I just wanted to document this new learning experience. I will drink 16 - 20 oz with each meal as well as my 10 8 oz glasses a day along with 32 oz with my work out. Fiber is our friend, but can become cranky if we don't give it enough water to push it along.

Now that that's been said, have a wonderfully "regular" day!

124!!!

Yes...I'm 124 lbs. I've lost an additional pound. I might see what happens and just go with it. What's the harm? I don't want to me any smaller than 120 lbs. I'm also 18% body fat!!!!! YES!!! That's the best part of it to me. I love being so lean. I love having muscles.

Most of all I love having optimum health and NEVER having to DIET again!!!

Love you Jesus! Thank you for dying for me all those years ago. Praise the Lord, you rose again to save us from sin. Praise God, Praise God, I'm a child of the King!
