3 more lbs down!

I, as of this morning, weigh 147! :) I am already 3 lbs closer to my DECEMBER goal. Of course I think I should have made it an October goal, but, if my expectations are not that high, I usually don't get disappointed.

I have added 2 boot camp sessions. 1 in each of my disciplines. I burned 800 calories in my cardio boot camp yesterday. And at least 400 in my strength training boot camp the day before. I will have things be status quo on the other work out days. But I don't want to plateau now that I have 22 lbs left! I can't believe that I'm actually typing 22 lbs left!!!!

Drum Roll Please...

As of this morning's weigh-in I am 150 lbs. I have met my October 10th goal 2 months early. 25 more lbs to go until I make goal.

HOORAY!!!!
