Road Trip

I took my first road trip since I changed my life and you know what??? I did pretty good. I ate really healthy. I did allow myself some steak fries at dinner Friday night, but I ate 1/3 of the serving they provided and only half of my lean roast beef on kaiser roll. I also had some steamed veggies. I did allow myself a few discretionary items, like about a cup of real honest to goodness pop corn. That was SO MUCH FUN!!!! Other than that.. nothing too shocking or out of the norm. I even found the time to work out ( with resistance tubing and 5 lb dumbells) and take a walk. Plus, we visited the oldest stationary carosel in the world. Very cool and walked around that park for at least an hour. It was very nice. I had about 6 oz of minute maid lemonade. Don't usually drink that. It was good. Not going to kill myself to get another glass any time soon, but it was a nice treat.

I worked out this morning for 1 1/2 hours. It felt good to SWEAT LIKE A PIG again!!!

New Weigh In

I Weighed in on Wednesday and have lost 4 more pounds. I have lost 47 lbs to date and have 32 left to go. I feel fabulous. I wear a size 9/10. When I started I wore a size 20.
