Oh Oh Oh!!! Almost forgot my weigh in and measure up!

Almost forgot... Went to see my GP yesterday and my cholesterol went down 16 points! My HDL on the other hand is still too low. I am increasing my omega 3's a bit more. We'll see in 4 months if I improve.

My weight is currently 168 and I have lost a total of 31.5 inches. WHOO HOO!

Less than 2 weeks until surgery.

I am having a large fibriod removed from my uterus. It will be a minor set-back for me exercise-wise. I will be unable to exercise for 2 weeks after surgery and I won't be able to weight lift for 6 weeks after. I will be fine though. I will just get right back on the horse after the 6 weeks are up.

My home gym....

I am geeked! I have almost my entire home gym in place. I have my Weider Platinum 600, my elliptical, my body by jake hip and thigh machine and my recumbent bike. I also have other accessories and a stability ball. I am still waiting for my treadmill to arrive! Can't wait. It will be treadmill, recumbent and elliptical while I'm waiting to use weights. I am not supposed to do any kind of resistance. :( Oh well.

God will see me through this. I put this in His loving hands.
