Had to skip working out last Thursday. The first time ever. I fell on some ice and smacked my head on a cement step and landed straight on my butt. OUCH!!!
But I worked out again today and felt great, but still sore. I weight in on Monday and am not too optimistic. I think I might have either gained a couple of pounds or lost nothing. I won't let it discourage me. I am going to keep this up.
Goals:
By April 15th - 170 lbs
By October 10th - 150 lbs
By June 9th (2007) - 125 lbs (my goal weight).
As of my last weigh in I weigh 177 lbs.
