Measuring up...two weeks later...

I took my measurements again after 2 weeks and discovered that I have lost 9 and a half inches! The most inches came off of my legs. 2 and 1/2 per leg! WOW. Lost an inch in each arm, 2 inches in my hips and a half an inch in my waist. No change in my neck.

I am just reeling right now! Just got back from working out and I had a great one.

Feel fit, eat well and love life!

19 lbs slimmer.... :)

Just updating that I now weigh 185 and I have been working out for 2 weeks. I bought an elliptical and I love it! I also have been eating fabulously and keep track of it all daily. I am hiding the scale for another week and a half and then weighing myself again. I have become addicted to weighing myself. VERY BAD. VERY DISCOURAGING. MIND GAMING!!! So a week from Monday I find out my progress for the past 2 weeks. I gained 3 pounds around Christmas between sodium and fat and it only took me a week to lost the 3 extra pounds, but the lb of fat I lost from progress took me a month. But I relish in that pound. BELIEVE ME!
